PRACTICE LEADERSHIP DIAGNOSTIC

Not Sure What’s Driving The Strain?
When practice leadership feels heavier or more complicated than it used to, it can be difficult to know what to address first.
The Practice Leadership Diagnostic is a focused process that helps you identify what’s contributing most to the strain across operations, people leadership, and personal sustainability.
This isn’t an evaluation of how well you’re running your practice. It’s an opportunity to step back, clarify what’s adding to your load, and identify practical next steps.

What to Expect
The Practice Leadership Diagnostic includes a brief questionnaire and a focused one-hour session designed to identify what is contributing most to your leadership strain.

Before the Diagnostic
You’ll complete a brief questionnaire about your practice, current challenges, and goals so we can focus our time on what matters most.
During the Diagnostic
Through guided questions and practical diagnostic tools, we’ll explore three areas:

OPERATIONAL CLARITY
How operations, policies, workflows, and customer experience affect your leadership load—including bottlenecks, repeated decisions, and areas that depend too heavily on you.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
The team responsibilities requiring the most attention or emotional energy—including communication, accountability, conflict, delegation, hiring, and training.

PERSONAL SUSTAINABILITY
How the demands of ownership affect your capacity over time—including stress, urgency, boundaries, and your ability to maintain a life outside the practice.
