Hi, I’m Kimberly.
I help leaders make sense of complexity by focusing on the decisions, systems, and people dynamics that shape daily life in a healthcare practice—so leadership feels more intentional and less overwhelming.
I bring training in personality frameworks like the Enneagram and MBTI, along with a background in music that shapes how I listen, reflect, and work with nuance. My coaching blends structure with self-awareness to support leadership that’s effective, humane, and sustainable.
