Coaching sessions are offered in 1-, 3-, 5-, or 7-session packages. Each session is 50 minutes long and includes personalized, one-on-one support. You’ll also receive direct access to me between sessions via email for check-ins, questions, or encouragement—so you’re never left to navigate things alone.

Yes! Most clients meet with me every 2–4 weeks, but we’ll set a rhythm that works best for you. Coaching packages are flexible, but sessions must be used within six months of purchase to ensure consistency and momentum in your growth.
