Hi, I’m Kimberly.
For over a decade, I was a business owner, CFO, and leader in a growing orthodontic practice—spending countless hours figuring out QuickBooks and payroll taxes, agonizing over what to delegate (and what not to), and trying to manage staff dynamics while carrying the constant weight of leadership that was slowly wearing me down. I know what it’s like to hold ultimate responsibility for the practice—the people, the culture, the operations, the decisions—and to feel the enormity and overwhelm of it all. I remember constantly searching for a better way to lead that didn’t require burning out in the process. That search led me to become an ICF-certified executive coach and a certified Enneagram consultant, so I could better understand myself, my team, and the patterns shaping my leadership challenges. Today, I use what I learned to help healthcare practice owners and leaders build clearer operations, healthier people management, and more sustainable leadership—so they can grow their practices without sacrificing their well-being. I offer one-on-one coaching for practice owners and workshops for teams who want healthier communication, less friction, and a shared language for working better together.

You’re Carrying More Than Most People See
-
Leading a healthcare practice often means carrying more than most people see—decisions, people challenges, and systems that quietly depend on you. If this feels heavy, it isn’t a failure. It’s a sign the practice has grown, and the leadership demands have grown with it.
-
Without space to step back, even capable leaders can end up reactive or overwhelmed. Coaching creates room to pause, clarify what matters most, and lead with greater steadiness instead of constant urgency.
-
Most leadership strain shows up in a few core areas: operational clarity, people leadership, and personal capacity. With the right support, leadership becomes less about endurance and more about intention—allowing the practice to grow without requiring you to carry it all alone.
